I’m a coach, trainer, and teacher committed to helping people feel strong, connected, and alive in their bodies. With a background in strength training, yoga, mobility, and breathwork, I bring a deeply intentional and empowering approach to movement. I believe in working with the body—not against it—and in cultivating practices that support physical strength, emotional clarity, and long-term resilience.
Whether I’m guiding a one-on-one kettlebell session, leading a group through breath and journaling, or designing custom movement flows for home, my approach is rooted in presence and purpose. I’m not here to coach you through just another rep—I’m here to help you connect to your edge, reclaim your energy, and move forward with intention.
To empower individuals—especially women—to feel strong, grounded, and capable in their bodies. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and mindset coaching, I help you build habits and practices that support your body, regulate your nervous system, and align with how you truly want to feel.
This isn’t just about fitness. It’s about creating a relationship with yourself that is strong from the inside out—resilient, intuitive, and deeply connected.
Mindfully Moved is more than just a training platform—it’s a growing community of people who value movement as a way to feel more alive, more grounded, and more themselves. Through classes, workshops, small-group coaching, and seasonal retreats, we move together, reflect together, and rise together.
This is a space for people who want more than a workout—it’s for those who want to move with meaning, breathe with intention, and connect with others on a similar path. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be present.
Movement has always been part of my life—from team sports and high-performance athletics to yoga, coaching, and strength training. But it wasn’t until I experienced my own seasons of injury, burnout, motherhood, and transition that I truly began to understand what mindful movement could mean.
As a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and wellness coach, I’ve spent over two decades working with women of all ages and stages—through life shifts, health challenges, athletic goals, and emotional overwhelm. My work has lived in gyms, homes, backyards, and now, my own carriage house studio where I lead small groups, personal sessions, and retreats that feel more like reset experiences than workouts.
Programs like Empower Performance, which began as a single workshop, have grown into a signature series that blends movement, coaching, and community—helping women reconnect to their power and purpose. From building custom rehab and training plans to creating safe spaces for nervous system regulation and self-expression, I’ve learned that the real magic happens when we slow down just enough to tune in.
This journey has taught me that strength isn’t just built in the body—it’s remembered through the breath, restored in stillness, and reclaimed through consistent, intentional practice.
My approach is built around six core elements that show up in every offering—whether we’re doing strength training, yoga, or quiet reflection:
Move – Strengthen through intentional, functional movement.
Connect – Tune into your body, breath, and emotions with curiosity and care.
Tap In – Build awareness and presence to better understand what you need.
Feel – Make space for emotion and energy, letting movement be a tool for release.
Reset – Use breathwork, mobility, and nervous system support to recalibrate.
Breathe – Come back to your breath as a guide, an anchor, and a tool for healing.
This method allows for depth, growth, and adaptability—meeting you exactly where you are and helping you build strength that lasts.
